Program accepts homeless women and minor children with documented sobriety and who are in the process of reunification through DCFS or who are at high risk of DCFS involvement. Primary Services:
General Information Hours: Monday-Friday by appointment. Intake Process: Agency referral. No self-referrals. Program Fees: None, but a security deposit of $350.00 is required Eligibility: Head of household at least age 18 with children residing in their custody; recovering from alcohol and/or substance abuse with documented sobriety;capable of all ADL's. Handicap Accessible? Yes Is Shelter? Yes Shelter Requirements: 24 month transitional living. Supportive service participation required. Drug free. |
