Description:

Client services as an Information and Referral Service that provides the following: Illinois CaresRX/Circuit Breaker consultations and applications, Medicare Part D consultation; answers questions and/or provides sources for large variety of topics, such as: health care issues, home health care services, nursing home services, assisted living facilities, housing information and other senior concerns in Lake County, elder abuse referrals and legal services referrals. Monitor legislative impact on the senior community and keep members and web site up to date regarding this informaiton. Monthly meetings, 1st Thursday. Publish Monthly Seniors United Newsletter.

Monday 9 am to 3 pm, Tuesday & Friday 9 am to 1 pm-Closed on Wednesday, Thursday

As of 1-2010 Annual membership dues each January : $12.00 Individuals, $18.00 Couples, $36.00 Organizations.
