Spay and Stay is a non-profit organization dedicated to working with compassionate individuals and local governments to humanely control the growth of the feral cat population in Lake County, IL.

In order to ensure public safety, Spay and Stay is also committed to implementing long-term solutions to significantly reduce the population of unaltered, free-roaming and/or abandoned domestic cats in our area. 9:30-5:00, Monday through Friday

Intake Process:

Must complete a Caretaker Registration Form. (See website or contact office for details.)

Program Fees:

Request $25 per cat. Fee may be subsidized in low-income cases.
