Name: Catholic Charities Family Self Sufficiency 671 S. Lewis Ave (847) 782-4000 Description: The Family Self-Sufficiency Program provides comprehensive case management and employment services to low-income, single parent families in Lake County to assist the families with achieving economic self-sufficiency. Services provided include assessment of need and development of individual service plans; advocacy, educational groups, and individual supportive counseling; referrals for vocational skills and training; referrals for accessing mainstream benefits and community resources as well as help with locating and accessing resources for further education.
