E-Health Visits Code: LT-2800.1900 Health care programs that provide a secure link for e-visits to an online module on their website that allows patients with minor ailments to describe their symptoms using an interactive questionnaire, submit the questionnaire to their physician and obtain medical advice, a prescription for medication or other types of assistance from their physician by return e-mail. The physician may also ask additional questions or request an in-person visit. Patients may be able to access their records, results of medical tests, links to explanations about the tests and past messages from their doctors.
