Special Assistance Notification Services Code: PH-1800.8000 Programs offered by police, fire and some utility companies which allow people with disabilities (or their caregivers) to alert public service personnel in advance that there is someone in the home (a quadriplegic, a paraplegic or a person on home life support, for example) who may need special help in case of a power failure or other localized emergency. Information about animal aides in the home should be included at the time of registration.
