Public Inebriate Transportation Code: RX-8470.6700 Programs that identify and pick up individuals who are intoxicated in public places and transport them to facilities which can provide a safe place to stay until the person is sober enough to resume responsibility for him or herself. The program may also include linkage with detoxification resources and other services the individual may need.
